Not really. If the foot fall looks like a trot, but the horse's head is moving...or nodding that indicates it's a foxtrot. Also, there will be a bit of a bob to the tail carriage as well. We can all recognize the foot fall of a trot....but it's the rest of the horse that tells the story when a foxtrot is happening. Wanda
