I have had this happen with my showdogs. I have GE Money bank cards called Care Credit Cards and most big facilities take them. I believe the one huge place here in San Diego, Helen Woodward Center, put me onto the credit line because my dog had Cancer. Ch Gemstones Diamond of Lucene died a week after this diagnosis. Anyway they did put me in touch with the means to pay on time when the bill is staggering. The interest is high but its worth the interest I have used them ever since for emergencies in my dogs. I hate to hear that this is happening to Higgin. Check online for GE money bank, google probably will get you there. The UC Davis center here takes them also. My female champion hit four thousand dollars in three days this past two years ago and all she did was eat a piece of rawhide and it did not digest. March I had a C Section not expected put on the card again. Get them paid off and we go again. Best of luck to Higgins at least now they know what it is they are dealing with. Sylvia in California
