What does this mean: "Horses from this bloodline are very smart, quick and
fun to train with spunk."

As written, I would read that to mean that a spunky trainer usually trains
them.  If the writer means that the horses are "spunky", I'd certainly want
a clarification of what that means. I personally think that the relative
"spunk" of the trainer has a huge effect on the perceived "spunk" of the
horse...sometimes that's a good thing, but often it's a very bad thing.
