I pulled the bit out from my former horse's mouth at least once. I don't remember the exact situation, but something unexpected happened, I slightly panicked and tried to make him to do a sharp turn when he was galloping. He just opened his mouth and continued straight ahead... This was a horse that at some point of his life he had been ridden with "force" and never reacted well when a rider did something sudden or "violent". Krisse in Finland
