I think I just heard on the news that Escondido is being evacuated, this sounds like a really bad one. My mother left California after that other really bad fire season a few years ago, maybe it was in 2003. She had just sold her house and it all got held up because after the fires the had to go and actually check each and every house in escrow to make sure it hadn't burned down. Kim
