Gormur would like to be the alpha horse in the main paddock but one of the other horses, a quarter horse, is bigger and meaner, but still Gormur doesn't back down easily and the two go at it every chance they get. The other two horses have only front shoes.
He was with another horse in a seperate paddock, until just recently when the horse was sold. The two of them got along wonderfully with Gormur being the boss. Now I feel so bad because he is all alone. There are other horses in the next paddock but he has no paddock mate in his area.
