Me too! That's the only thing that keeps me sane doing menial labor for my boss's farm. I spent three days "helping" Marjie decorate her giant tree and the rest of the castle and then had to wrap over 500 presents (no lie, she's rich AND has 9 grandkids). That's NOT in my farm Manager job description! The murder mysteries work best for me. I borrow the audio books from the library, download them to the I Pod library and then load what I want to my Ipod at my leisure. If I'm out weeding, raking leaves or pruning and I don't want to listen to myself gripe (funny, I don't mind cleaning horse stalls), I play loud, angry rock and sing to it (as long as no one is around).
