The house is livable - marginally. The old people lived there until he died
this spring. It is pretty rustic and to make it comfortable it needs work.

Karen, did you take pictures of the inside? It was pretty messy when we
looked at it but I think it has been cleaned up now. I can take pictures
sometime.
