Of course I would nail down a job before buying a place or moving. But our weather definitely beats yours. I hate snow, always have. We used to have terrible snow storms in Evanston when Olaf (husband) was running around somewhere in South Africa, Japan, or Australia; and I would have to shovel our 150- foot driveway plus the side walk all by myself.
