It's not a foxtrot, and I say that for an important reason. When you ride a foxtrot, or see on in person, the horse uses his entire body, particularly his head and neck. There's usually a good bit of head nod - almost always some head nod, and with a longer-necked "non-Icelandic" horse, the nod can be almost as dramatic as with a running walk. There's no way that horse can use his body to get into a foxtrot, not with so much rider restriction. The feet might be getting close to doing what might be " kinda foxtrottish", but since it's not coming from the horse, but from restrictions of movement, I don't count it at all.
