I think it's our body's way of naturally protecting our bones.  We
experience weight bearing exercise every day, just by hauling our new
'heavier' body around.  My bone density is above average and I'm
seriously starting to attribute it to the extra 20 lbs I've packed
on....

My doctor is little and skinny and arthritic...I feel like hopping out
of my chair when I see her and offering her a place to sit.  We're the
same age...
