Guys, I've been trying to follow this discussion and I'm a bit confused at this point.
Do I have this right: HPA's rules do not allow rubber or leather bell boots to be over 6 oz.(approx.) FEIF's rules allow rubber or leather bell boots to be up to 10 oz (approx.) Is that the gist of the discrepency between the two agencies' rules? Thanks, Renee M.
