No, I did try those when I rode western. Have you tried Sam E? It is a supplement for joint pain at the health store, But I found if I take 400 mg twice a day I dont have knee pain most days! Sally is a Naturopathic Physician (Thank goodness for me!) so we have tried various suppplements and Nutricuticals. The thing that I use now....and now I walk normally since I have started to take this, is a product called Vitalzyme X. It is amazing. It goes to more of the root issue in the body. We buy it wholesale for $82 for 360 pills, I know that the retail cost can vary from $95-$160, depending on the Doctor. Anyway I went from having to take a product called Reginicare + MSM (Which really helped A Lot, but I was still limping some and in pain, especially if I missed even 1 dose) to now I am walking normally, and now am taking very little of the Vitalzyme X. Sally and I both did this weight loss cure protocol (Kevein Trudeaus book about the Simeons weight loss protocol), anyway since we did the 2nd phase of that protocol, my joint pain went down dramatically. And BTW I lost 28 pounds in 28 days during that phase, and I still have it off. We are now in phase 3 of the protocol, and I will being doing phase 2 again, as I need to lose much more weight. Anyway, if you have ever heard of it, and thought yeah right, anyway it seems to be working for us. I know my horses like it. I lost 2 pants sizes in 4 weeks, and can ride sooooo much better. Skye
