Good point, Mic - I've seen it go both ways. Some foals get braver each day, but some seem to go through periods of progress and regression in their social skills. I don't worry about it, since all of mine end up friendly and self-confident - we allow them their individual development phases and don't stress over it. Karen Thomas, NC
