It looks like it's half way up the neck and in front of the shoulder. I think it was the fourth tape where a grey horse was being evaluated. The horse's movement in hand was a pace. Did they score that? or just look at movement of legs? Is there a score for the movement of the legs (i.e. being straight or winging)? Moving a pace to tolt is done with the trim, shoes, boots, icelandic saddle, noseband, whip, heavy contact, sitting on the cantle, etc. Judy http://iceryder.net http://clickryder.com
