my daughter gave me the diet, she has lost 35 pounds.  its very simple
and boring.  sort of an exchange diet where you get some cereal or
oatmeal for breakfast, a piece of fruit and some protein like an egg
or cheese or cottage cheese.  then at lunch 6 oz protein and salad and
vegetables, then at dinner the same thing but add a grain like a sweet
potato or baked potato.  If you are further interested i will email it
to you but so far everyone i tell about it goes oh.  like they were
hoping i would say "you have to eat clams with south sea pearls inside
them, and thats all you can eat."
