My definition of "large group with precision" would be with an drill team
of 8 - I can't imagine 80.

The woman I ride with several days a week also practices with a small drill
team once a week. The whole experience has really improved her horsemanship
and her horse's leve; of training. It's not at all easy. They have one
gaited horse in the group, which makes keeping their horses lined up a real
challenge. They practice with flags, which was a learning experience for a
few of the horses. I can't even imagine 80 Icelandics in one place, let
alone 80 Icelandics with 80 flags. And 80 riders who can handle riding with
a flag. Pretty impressive.
