Is there interest in the community regarding the submission of
comments, both host and service, via NSCA? I've been doing so via
a hacked version of nsca.c since 2007 (Where does the time go?) to
good effect, mainly for things like SNMP traps and general notes
that may not warrant a status-change (e.g. cold-starts and link
up/down for reasonably stable switches).
If there is, I'll be happy to provide an NSCA patch on the git
head.
