Additionally, Specification of SC/TC equivalance necessary but not sufficient for dns identifier comparison may be done in a seperate document in this WG, e.g., the existing tsconv or suggested uniprep drafts. Further, Specification of SC/TC equivalance sufficient for other forms of comparison which exceede those for dns identifier comparison may be done in a seperate document, external to this WG. Policy: Specification of policy, e.g., "first-come, first-served", whether scoped or unscoped, is out of scope for this WG. Scope: Specification of mechanism scope, e.g., registry specific, may be done, but see the discussion of [30]. Eric
