RE: [idn] Prefix for testing AMC-Z implementations

Folks, this is a prefix for *testing* AMC-Z; it is not proposed as 
the final prefix. The determination of a final prefix is being 
discussed in the document draft-ietf-idn-aceid-02.txt.

Again, I would ask that people who hope to contribute to the WG 
getting finished actually read the AMC-Z document and implement it 
from the pseudocode in the document. My ham-fisted, 
not-at-all-elegant Perl code is available for all to see; it gets the 
exact results as Adam's C code from the document. Having more data 
points about the veracity of the pseudocode would be helpful.
