And the Postfix man page for accesss defines DISCARD as:

Claim successful delivery and silently discard  the message. Log the optional 
text if specified, otherwise log a generic message.


But the fact that Sendmail or Postfix define it this way does not 
necessarily mean that "discard"/"discardable" has the same meaning in 
the context of ADSP. If "discardable" needs further definition, it has 
to be defined in the context of ADSP in the next revision of the ADSP 
document.

No, not in this BCP draft. It has to be defined in the next revision of 
the ADSP document.
