This addresses distribution of the list, not maintaining the list. Ye olde add/change/delete issue. As I've said before, I believe ADSP is crippled.... intentionally so. There were compromises of various sorts in order to be able to get the document out. One need only look at the discussions around SSP drafts 1- I think it was 13 or so). Could it be fixed? Possibly. Will it be fixed? Doubtful. It is unlikely that there will be sufficient will or consensus from this working group for such an effort to be successful.
