And that is just the problem, with Poisson being populated by a small subset of active IETF participants and a number of people whose main interest is in fact process issues. Despite the fact that process discussions might appear to be a distraction on the main IETF list, it is only there that we can get a feeling for what *everybody* thinks, rather than the rather special subset susbcribed to Poisson.
