Yes, but (as others have suggested) moving the social to Sunday night
would not have that problem. Or just eliminate it.
My perferred schedule modification:
Sun: Reception + social
Mon: Evening sessions
Tue: Plenary
Wed: Plenary
Thu: Fine dinner after a hard week
