I did not have any problems when installing to a virgin Windows. It
worked perfectly fine (except for the weird file uploading bug that we
found)

I tried that. I also deleted the simias (or was it ifolder) folder in
the all users directory even though it was empty.
Didn't fix the problem. Next I am going to comb through the registry
and delete all references to ifolder but I am not optimistic that will
fix the problem because Joshua indicated that he had the problem with
a virgin machine and I have had the same problem since the initial
install.
At this point I think it's safe to presume there is some sort of a
conflict someplace.
