4 Shokk attack guns, and 6 looted vehicles with boom guns. 10 pie
plates a turn is going to give most things fits.

A troop slot is considered filled if whatever units it includes are
taken. For the Guard, that would be the command section plus 2
infantry squads. You do not have to take the full 5 (?) infantry
squads.

A max sized squad is not compulsary. You could take a minimum sized
squad, and still be within the wording there.

Or the 4 HQ / 6 HS/ 6 Elites ? If you fill your troop slots with
smaller units, you can go to town on the other stuff.

No offense guys, but you're leaving yourself open to a lot of
potential list abuse there.
