Seamus, I can see how Paranoia would be fun, but I'd be cautious about giving the GM too much power. Essentially, it should be up to the players how much money they give to charity. So, I'm leaning to the indie game option, or even just a mod for an existing game. James, I'm not sure how complex the management of a charity draft would be. I'm not a bloodbowl player, so I'd need some help to organise something like that. I think I'd prefer to operate within my own sphere (roleplaying) unless I could get some reliable help. Who's the best person to talk to about arranging this event for Gaelcon? Sebastian.
