I am all in favor of this idea.
This may help aspiring youths find projects to which they can contribute,
if and when they need personal touch to get something accomplished.
This can also serve as an example of those unusual Israelis who DO give of
their time to open source projects.
Hebrew support specific projects - belong to the Ivrix site, but projects
not necessarily related to Hebrew - belong here.
