why? what's the benefit for the israeli linux users, whom the site is

i think, and this is not a political statement of any form shape of
kind, that in these troubled times we should be glad we are part of
the *global* open source community. i see no point in creating an
artifical distinction between projects, based on the nationality of
the people who code them.
