Hi

WhatsUp is running PHP-Nuke.

This system have long history of security holes (search bugtraq). The system
is also very heavy on resources (Dozen of sql queries on every hit - I know,
I tested the system for my own use).

I belive that those are a facts that you should consider before hosting it.
