real IRC network growth (ie. the original servers not sustaining the
load) are either for 'l33t power' reasons (ie. the person wants to be a
local op on his server, thus having increased privileges, and maybe
enter the network ircop circles) or due to cluelessness ("Uhh, shiny! I
want to install my very own IRC server!").
More over, if there's a single ISP which performs silly traffic filtering,
why should IGLU compensate for their lack of service to their customers?
