I do not suggest for this combination. Infact i do not prefer any Indian
author for C++. I first started with Lafore in 1st year of my BTech just for
few days but later I shifted to "The complete reference of C++" which is the
ultimate book I ever found for C++. even today also I use that book for any
problem. The only one book I found better then this is -- Stroustrup: The
C++ Programming Language (Third Edition) -
