VLC was trash for RHEL.the packages could not be installed ,there were
errors reporting

"error in checking dependancies "

then i tried REAL PLAYER which was working fine ,but it had no features like
playlist etc ,so you have to run one file at a time.

amarok ,somebody recommended ,but it was not made for GNOME ,but for KDE

then i tried a few more ,but nothing worked on RHEL

somebody still got recommendations ?
