The more the merrier but more number of people will have more number of suggestions and more number of suggestions will create more number of problems..I guess.....I suggest 2 from each college would be good...but...lets try and contact with other colleges...I will use orkut as a platform for connecting to colleges in IP....plus we would need someone to connect to colleges in NCR....
