Well, if you start apologizing, you are going to start apologizing for
every e-mail you write. By 'you', I didn't mean 'you' literally, but,
newbies. It is also important to not take written context directly to
your heart.

You are going through a steep learning curve, and you are bound to hit
some road blocks and pit falls. So, it is not uncommon to make errors.
It is very easy to walk away, but, what is important is to realize
that something needs to be learnt from this experience, learn it well,
and move on.
