I dont know what is the problem with web server for me also
http://10.10.4.1/pub/ is taking long time. we will figure it out.

but why didn't you try ftp://username <ftp://usern./>@
10.10.4.1/rsrch2/lug/pub/Linux/Ubuntu/hardy
type this address in firefox or whatever browser you have, give proper
username

or open 10.10.4.1 by some ftp or sftp client and goto the folder
/rsrch2/lug/pub/Linux/Ubuntu/hardy<http://10.10.4.1/rsrch2/lug/pub/Linux/Ubuntu/hardy>

if you are unable to open goto
http://www.cse.iitd.ac.in/~cs5050207/linux/[i will remove it after few
days]

and another internal site is
http://poorvi.cse.iitd.ernet.in/ubuntu-mirror/isos/ unfortunately the
required file is not available on it,
