@nalin I've just started using virtual box,so that i can boot into distro of my choice at any time as per my mood currently i've gentoo, sabayon and xp ,sp3 installed explicitly on my machine. (dual boot)
well, once i tried using cygwin to do some networking programs, but end up getting sleep. It downlaod too many packages form the net. When dowloading and compliling finished, i changed my mind and simply boot into linux .since then i've never used cygwin. have to have window ,bcoz i can't live without adobe photoshop, photoshop and photoshop and has to used it untill i become proficient in using Gimp whose growth rate is very very slow(.... koi isse Bourn-vita pilaao bhai). I tried running photoshop using wine.. .but result was pathetic. Rendering become very very slow. very hard to work with slow processing for even a mingy action like fill, erase etc. Any workaround guys? not photshop alternative...bcoz no one can replace photoshop and i mean it . regards Sahil http://twitter.com/sonusahil http://www.commgod.co.cc ....The Linux philosophy is 'Laugh in the face of danger'. Oops. Wrong One. 'Do it yourself'. Yes, that's it.
