IMO, such common rules are not needed to be documented. But OK, here is the spam policy !! Sending totally unwanted mails (special chained mail) to ML is a spam activity and user will be banned for forever. Please consider above statement as policy, Feel free to modify+correct it and edit wiki and paste there. I request SB to lead this policy making process. Find out some way to show it when use join it. Do not forget to update wiki page too.
