+1 from me on Sharad's this and earlier mails. while this may seem useless effort, for sake of fairness points Sharad is putting can help this group/community avoid pitfalls that pull down and cause rot in other similar communities.
though I feel intent and recognition of need for more sophistication is enough right now, given positive intent rules will in time evolve.
