IMHO, IITD-LUG does not seem to have any point of failure. It is very
active and visible community. We need to just let the existing system
evolve.

The worst case can happen anytime anywhere. We need to look how TCP
handles congestion :)

IMHO, certainly a very bad example. I have never seen such an
expression of concern about delegating tasks and need for better
process. I request, please think before writing.
