execute linuxtowindows script.
don't execute dc++ but execute mydc++ every time you want invoke it.
Another thing is that don't shutdown without exiting dc++ then you
should be okay.

I don't think this would work. execute linuxtowindows script is to be
done only after dc++ exits but what you are suggesting would execute it
just after dc++ completes its initialization.
