I have said this a good number of time and let me say again
- It is easier to migrate IE to firefox because both work on open html
standard but migration from M$Office to OpenOffice/LibreOffice is still on
the way because M$ Office work on - "Viral Close Standard". It is much
difficult to fight with "Viral Close Standards" and this makes important of
OpenStandards,

RMS Sir made a small mistake, he didn't cared about Standards initially.

today a huge number of govt website are using flash and VBscript and
non-standard technology. They will never migrate to HTML5.
