i am ok with this approach again i cannot have a mission statement stating that M$ is the culprit instead we can say we will promote foss through

They are into FUSS. FUSS 1 - I know FOSS FUSS 2 - Hey you don't know FOSS FUSS 3 - Hey you are lame, dumb Windows User FUSS 4 - Hey I use Linux FUSS 5 - Oh Sorry it is GNU/Linux FUSS 6 - Proprietary is M$. (They don't know Oracle & SAP) FUSS 7 - I will convert you to FOSS User and then FOSS developer FUSS 8 - Now we are Open Source Hacker FUSS 9 - Lets organize a FOSS Event FOSS Origins is not in INDIA. IIT, IISC & all others have not written even one line of FOSS code. Now did they write even a single line of code? :) :) Anybody recollects SIMPUTER. FOSS development is not in India. FOSS R&D does not happen in India. Indian Government is a FOOL to pay for spreading FOSS in India. Milestone FOSS developments in world has happened in hacker rooms. And not colleges. I am not saying that I don't respect RMS. But I also don't respect him. He wants to add GNU to almost everything that has been GPLed. He should not forget that he failed at making the HURD kernel which he chose to base on the microkernel architecture. All he made was gcc, emacs and some gnu binaries. It was a Finish student who wrote Linux. When business was to be done with FOSS (called only Free Software then) the thinkers realized it should be called something else. And thats how Open Source was formed. I was reading about how FOSS or for that matter Software Engineering is taught in USA & other countries. They teach logic building & algorithms. I understand syntax is waste to be taught even in a mediocre college. Narendra you suck when you say no M$ only FOSS. You suck when you say bring Python code on Linux or sorry GNU/Linux platform. 95% of the desktop market is M$ Windows. 95% of the software applications are made for M$ Windows. 95% + Desktops & Software Applications in INDIA are FREE.... read PIRATED. If thats the reason you scream and yell FOSS no Windows, I am highly amused at you and the people who listen to you.
