I just asked, how type of emails are possible in LUG mailing list,,
there are various mailing list all around India. I am just trying to
check category. I never said that everybody must include "category
name" in their subject line etc.

Purpose : trying to think, how many mailing list will be good enough
for India , so one can subscribe email from a particular category..
just thinking.. for a unified mailing-list/forum, This will reduce
cross-posting... Ex - particular mailing list for low-traffic
announcement mailing list will be useful rather then posting on each
and every possible mailing list..
