Repeat Email is duty of User,, they should write tutorial on Wiki or
just give a link to better tutorial..
Spam - To a level, This mailing list get least spam which ever
possible in any LUG mailing list..

But I am trying to think a better solution for  a single platform
where whole FOSS Community of India can work and collaborate in a
better way.. Also the size of this community is getter bigger and
bigger daily so we need to think on it.
