I just want to make sure that the software versions are upgraded or can be
upgraded by the hosting people to the latest versions , when they are
available!

I do not mind shared hosting at all, its just that I want the software on
the server to be latest so that I can use latest version of Wordpress as
well as it should have Python support so that I can later on build the rest
of my website in Django!

So my main priorities are upgradability of server software(  no problem If I
cant upgrade it myself! but is should be updated to the latest stable
version ) and Python Django support!
