Is it possible to make payments to any non-indian provider by any other method than paypal and credit card? I don't think so. And usage of paypal for outward payments in banned for indians now. So the only option left is credit card. Arrange that brother. And try bluehost.com as well. I have heard that its cheap and good. All the best!
