Hi, You simply need port forwarding. If your are connected to broadband the router in between your machine and internet will assign your machine and other machine connected to it a Private IP address that is usually 198.168.*.* . And the Public IP address on internet is assigned to your router. Now lets say your machine on which you are running your server has PRIVATE IP ADD: 192.169.1.10 and the port you are listening is 80. Now you need to forward this port to your router so that every request that comes to your router on port 80 will be send to your server. Also PUBLIC IP address of your router might not be static it will change every time you connect to internet which means clients which are sending the request to your server do not know your exact address. SO you need Static PUBLIC IP for which you need to contact AIRTEL.
