Hi Mohit, First, check your Public IP(search: what is my IP on google) then, check your router's model and google how to do port forwarding on it(It will be juts a two step process). To check that your port is properly forwarded or not visit: http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and enter your port number there, if everything is correct you will get a success message.
