Hi Vivek, To overcome the issues with changing IP's (i.e. your IP changing every few days), a very popular approach is to use the services of "Dynamic DNS" providers. There are several free options, like: http://www.dnsdynamic.org/
Services like this allow you to create a domain name for yourself (like: vivekstopsite.dnsdynamic.net if availabe) and route it to your IP address. They monitor your IP address and update their database accordingly as well. All this depends on your router's ability to handle this.
